Rachel teaches you numbers in ASL – up to 20. All done on one hand! So “hand” –y !

Practice Time 1-2-3s allows children and adults (with beginner ASL skills) to practise counting up to 20. Then, to practice recognizing numbers in ASL, numbers are presented randomly each time DVD is played. Then, in the next practice session Rachel asks YOU to sign a certain number - giving you time to get those fingers just in the right place. Numbers are presented at random, each time DVD is played. As an extra bonus (especially for preschool to elementary-aged children) objects are shown on screen and you must count the objects and then sign the number. Lots of time provided for counting the objects. Great use of DVD technology that makes learning to sign numbers in ASL really fun!
