If you need to return or exchange product, please follow instructions below, and contact us with any questions.
CANCELLING/CHANGING AN ORDER
Our ordering process is automated. If for some reason you wish to cancel or make changes to an order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately by calling toll-free 1-877-929-SIGN (7446) or emailing signingstore@shaw.ca. Please provide your name, date of order, and order number. Note: shipping/handling costs are not refundable once incurred.
EXCHANGES
If you need to make changes to your order after you have received it, we will exchange items for a comparable product within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original, re-sellable condition (unopened and in plastic wrap).
VHS single volumes or VHS Gift Sets can be exchanged for DVD products by paying the difference in price and cost of shipping. Please include your credit card information with the returned product, or enclose a cheque payable to Escalade Services Group Inc. and follow the return instructions below to complete your exchange.
Note: Gift Sets are sold as displayed in signingstore.ca. We cannot substitute volumes or mix formats (VHS/DVD) in Gift Sets.
RETURNS
DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL: If an order arrives in a damaged or broken condition, please contact us immediately and a replacement order will be shipped to you.
WARRANTY: We will replace merchandise against manufacturer defects for up to one year. Manufacturer defects are rare and are immediately apparent the first time the tape/DVD is played. We will not replace items that are damaged due to improper handling once opened. This includes, but is not limited to: scratches, being dropped, fingerprint on DVD’s or dirt, putting a DVD in the VHS player, or a VHS player damaging your tape. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To make a return, please safely package the product and include the following information:
Name, address, telephone, email address, order number (if you do not have the order number, provide the date of the original order.), item name, reason for return and whether it is a refund or replacement.
